Registration Guide

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work. A single registration allows attending both track and workshop sessions.

Extra page fee will be charged after 12 pages.

After your full paper or abstract is accepted, you will receive the notification of acceptance including the registration form and registration guideline. The conference fees cover participation in the technical sessions, administration, documentation, publication fee (for author registration only) and refreshments including lunch and dinner on June 8, 2026. You will receive a confirmation email and further information after we receiving your registration form and other registration files.

Delegate' Registration (whom without papers): onsite payment is acceptable for delegates. Welcome you to attend the great event. Delegater's fast registration directly via the payment link, or download the registration form.

Note: For your property safety, please take good care of your belongings, and valuables should be depositted to the front desk during the conference. If things lost, the conference organizer shall not be responsible for yours!

Accommodation: Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can.

Cancellations
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
• 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committees is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc.

• The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
• The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
